Almost Fat Free Refried Beans

Method

    Peel and mince the onion.

    Fry the onions in the oil about 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Mix in the beans and about 1 cup of the water and the bullion.

  4. 04

    Mash with a potato masher as you continue to heat on medium low heat.

  5. 05

    Add water as necessary and mix in the oregano and continue to mash until you have a thick paste with the beans almost indistinguishable.
