Method

Cut the hoagie rolls into cubes about 3/4 to 1" across.

Melt 1/4 of the butter in a large skillet and mix in 1/2 of the bread cubes and fry on medium for about 5-10 minutes, adding another 1/4 of the butter half way through.

Continually turn the cubes to turn them into toasted croutons.

Repeat this step with the remaining butter and bread.

Mix the oil, vinegar, and spices together.

Dice the tomato.

Shred the veggie bacon and the lettuce.
