Bread and Butter Water Melon Rind

Method

    Mix and heat to boiling as you get your canner boiling and the jars sterilized in your dishwasher on high.

    Don’t forget to wash your spoons, the air removal blade, the lids, and the pouring funnel.

  3. 03

    When the canner is boiling, fill your jars and then process for 15 minutes at a full boil.

  4. 04

    Remove, tighten lids and let cool on a rack.

  5. 05

    If any do not seal, you can reprocess with a new lid or just save for immediate use in the refrigerator.
