Cabbage and Apple Salad with Pecans

Shopping list

About 3 cup shredded cabbage, any kind, but we used red cabbage
2 tsp salt
1 small tart apple, we used granny smith
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
Zest of one lime
Juice of that lime
1 tsp poppy seeds
Cracked black pepper to taste
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces

Ingredients

Mix the salt into the cabbage and let sit for a few hours.

Rinse.

Mix all together.

Refrigerate.
