Cashew Topped Tofu

Drain the tofu, slice in 1/4 inch thicknesses and let dry wrapped in clean towels Peel and mince the garlic and then mix with the olive oil, soy sauce, and paprika.

Marinate the sliced tofu in the liquid mixture and turn often for about an hour or so.

Place the tofu on a baking sheet and baste with the marinade.

Top each slice with 1-2 T of chopped cashews.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 °F.
