Blend the peppers with the vinegar.

Mix in the sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat and boil about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, you should have gotten your canner up and boiling and sterilized your jars and lids in the boiling water or dishwasher.

Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and capture the liquid.

Mix in the pectin then reheat and boil for 1 minute.

Ladle into sterile jars and then process in the canner for 10 minutes.
