Peel the garlic and put everything into a food processor.

Process until smooth while pushing down between pulses with a spatula.

Place in refrigerator until you cook pasta and then mix all together.

To Seve: We did this a day ahead and then heated the pasta in the solar oven with the sauce mixed in.
