Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Method

Peel the apples and remove any dark flesh.

Dice the rest in about 1/2 inch pieces.

Mix all on the stove and heat up for about 20 minutes.

Use a potato masher to break up the flesh and allow enough water to evaporate until the sauce is fairly thick.
