Colorful Confetti Cheese Pie

Method

   Place the pie crust in a pie tin.

   Peel and dice the two onions and saute in T butter until soft.

   Peel and mince the garlic cloves and saute 1 min.

   Add the other veggies after cleaning and dicing them.

   Let cook until the spinach is wilted.

   Mix everything together and toss in some freshly grated black pepper.

   Bake in a 350 °F oven for about 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
