Fake Chicken Root Vegetable Stew

Peel and finely dice 1/2 of an onion.

Melt butter and saute the onion until soft.

In the meantime, peel and slice the rutabaga, slice the sweet potato, peel and slice the carrot, dice the potato and slice the celery into half circles.

Saute all the vegetables in butter for about a minute and then mix in the quorn pieces and water.

Simmer until all the vegetables are tender, but not mushy.

Strain the liquid into a bowl.

Heat up the T butter in a small pan and then mix in the flour and seasonings.

Let warm on low for about 5 minutes while stirring.

Whisk in the hot broth from the vegetables a bit at a time and keep whisking to remove lumps.

When all the liquid has been re-added, mix with the vegetables.
