Heat the water and bouillon in a saucepan until broth is dissolved.

Meanwhile, peel and finely mince the onion.

Add to the broth and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

Peel and mince the cucumbers, the green pepper, and the garlic.

Puree the broth with the minced veggies in a food processor.

Put the resulting mixture in a large container and mix in the rest.

Let chill overnight.
