Gluten Free Biscuits with Gluten Free Gravy

Method

    Heat oven to 450 oF.

    Cut shortinging into flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until it looks like fine crumbs.

    Stir in milk until dough is soft and sticky.

    Add a little more if it is doesn't hold well together.

    Turn out dough onto a floured large cutting board and flatten it by hand until it is about 1/2 inch thick.

    Cut with floured 2.5 inch cutter and place on a greased pan 1 inch apart.

    Bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.

  8. 08

    Remove from cookie sheet and serve with gravy.
