Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour Crepes

Method

  1. 01

    Sift flour and xanthan gum into large bowl. beat together eggs, milk, and salt.

    Sieve through a colandar into another bowl.

  3. 03

    Let rest 30 min Heat 8 inch pan over med. high heat.

  4. 04

    Place T of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

  5. 05

    Cook about 30 seconds until set and then turn it over and cook another 20 seconds.

  6. 06

    Transfer to a plate and layer with wax paper until you use them.
