Gluten Free Kluski Noodles

Method

    Crack open the egg into a medium bowl and beat with a fork.

    Stir in the garbanzo bean flour and xanthan gum.

    Mix in the water and maybe add a little more if the dough isn't holding together well.

    Sprinkle a countertop liberally with garbanzo bean flour and knead the dough in it until the dough is smooth and elastic.

    Cover with a dry, clean cloth and bring a large pot of water to boil.

    When the water is boiling, sprinkle the countertop and dough liberally with more garbanzo bean flour and roll out to the desired thickness with a flour coated rolling pin.

    Cut the noodles into the desired shapes/sizes and boil about 5 minutes.

    Drain.
