Goulash

Method

    Remove the husk and fine fibers from the corn cobs.

    Cook the ears of corn in boiling water 5 minutes.

    Remove and cool.

    Then cut the kernels from the cobs.

    Melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the onions and cook until tender.

    Peel and mince the garlic clove and add that and stir.

    Add the flour, paprika, and salt and stir.

    Everything will clump together so you start adding the katsup and water, then the tomato sauce and more water.

    Let cool and then freeze half for a week when you are busy.
