Greens with Two Oils

Method

  1. 01

    Heat the peanut oil (about T) in a fry pan.

    Add the minced onion and let cook about 5 minutes while stirring.

    Chop the greens and mix in with a little water and cook about 5-10 minutes depending on the toughness of the greens.

    Chop the cilantro and mince the clove of garlic and mix in.

  5. 05

    Right as you finish cooking, stir in the sesame oil and season with pepper.
