Grilled Zucchini and Feta Pasta Salad

Method

    Slide the zucchini in about ¼ inch slices and toss with Toil.

    Grill for about 4 minutes at about 400 oF and flip and grill the other side for about 4 minutes.

    Remove the zucchini from the grill and let cool and then slice into ribbons.

    Cook the pasta until al dente and rinse with cold water.

  5. 05

    Use a zester to get the zest of the lemon and then juice the lemon.

  6. 06

    Peel and slice the onion into very thin ribbons.

  7. 07

    Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.

  8. 08

    Toss all and add salt, pepper, and any other herbs.

    Chill.
