Method

Pull the stems off the peppers and discard.

Shake the seeds out into a jar, using a canning funnel if needed.

Break the flesh of the peppers up into smaller pieces and grind in a morter and pestle.

Be very careful that you either wear gloves or wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching anything.

After all the peppers are ground up, mix all together in a food processes and then process until smooth.

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
