Kung Pao Chicken

Method

Mix chicken, giner, garlic, cornstarch, soay sauce, 1 t of miring, 1 t. of sugar, and 1 t cold water.

Stir to combine.

In another bowl, mix broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, the rest of the mirin.

Heat a wok on high and then mix in T peanut oil.

Add chilies and black peppercorns.

Stir fry for 15 seconds.

Push mixture to the side.

Add the chicken mixture and spread evenly in wok.

Let cook for 1 minut then stir fry for a minute.

Add the rest of the peanut oil and bell pepper and mix for 1 minute.

Add everything else and stir for about 1 minute.
