Mashed Potatoes with Flavor

Method

   Dice the potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.

   Peel and mince the garlic.

   Dice the onion.

   Put the dairy ingredients into the solar oven and cook for about 1 hour at 250 oF or higher.

5. 05

   Or, cook on the stove top at boiling for about 20 minutes.

6. 06

   Mash with the butter and milk.
