Mild Chili with Chickpeas

Method

    Peel and mince the red onion.

    Dry fry it in a large saucepan at medium for about 5 minutes.

  3. 03

    Add ghee/margarine and the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.

  4. 04

    Add cumin and oregano and cook 30 more seconds.

  5. 05

    Mix in the rest and cook until warm throughout.
