Napa Slaw

Method

Finely shred the napa and put in a large bowl.

Peel and cut the carrot into matchstick pieces and add to bowl.

Slice the peeled half onions into thin, thin slices.

Heat the onions in the vinegar and water with the sugar substitute until warm and the onions are softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the salt and white pepper and then mix everything together.

Stir and chill until serving.
