Peel the onion and mince.

Mince the green pepper Peel and mince the garlic Saute these three ingredients in butter/oil until soft and the onion is slightly brown.

Put the tomato paste in a bowl and slowly pour in while mixing constantly 2/3 to 3/4 of a can of water.

Mix in the oregano and onion powder.

Mince the pepperoni and mix with the veggies.

Shred the mozarella cheese.

Spread a 1/4 of the tomato paste sauce on each of the 4 pita bread circles.

Top two with 1/4 of the shredded cheese.

Then layer 1/2 of the veggies on each.

Then repeat with the rest of the cheese before placing the other pita circles, tomato side down, on the two pizzas.

Heat in a 350 oF oven for about 20 minutes and then cool briefly before serving.
