Sausage and Veggies in Creamy Gravy

Method

  1. 01

    Heat the potatoes in water until boiling and then simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Cut into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices and set aside.

    Slice the sausage in pieces about 1/2 inch long and then heat in a fry pan, stirring, for five minutes.

    Stir in the bechemel vegetables.

    In another pot, melt the margarine and then whisk in the rice flour.

    Mix the soy milk and water.

  8. 08

    Add the chicken vegetarian boullion to the flour and whisk in.

    Slowly add portions of the water/soy milk to the pan and whisk in to keep smooth.

    Stir in the dried basil and then pour over the sausage and vegetables.
