Peel and de-string the corn.

Boil in water until crisp tender.

Drain and let cool.

Peel the cucumber and cut off the ends. remove the seeds and then mince the cucumber.

Place in a colandar and salt liberally.

Let this sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing off the excess water.

Then dry in some rags.

Mix everything together and chill.
