Shredded Breaded Chicken

Method

Mix the crumbs, flour, olive oil, and spices in a plastic bag.

Scramble the two eggs in a cup and then pour into a shallow plate.

Dip each breast into the egg on each side and then coat with the breading in the plastic bag, pressing the breading in very deeply on each side to thoroughly coat it.

Repeat with each breast and put them all on a baking pan.

Bake at 350 oF for about 30 min for fake chicken.
