Sweet and Sour Pork

Mix the batter ingredients together in a mixer until fully mixed.

Dice the veggie ham in 3/4 inch dice and them place in the batter and mix well.

Heat up a deep fryer while you do the rest of the steps.

Top and peel the pineapple.

Cut up in to 1/2 inch dice and set aside 1/3 for another use, using only 2/3 in this recipe.

Dice the green pepper.

Peel the carrot and then cut into slices diagonally that are about 1/8 inch thick.

Mix the sugar replacer with the vinegar and add the water and soy sauce.

Heat until about boiling and add the carrots and cook about 6 minutes.

Start deep frying the ham pieces coated in batter and draining on a towel.

Mix the clove of garlic, onion, green pepper, salt replacer and pineapple into the syrup mixture cooking on medium low.

Continue to deep fry the coated ham and drain it.

When the meat is done, mix the 3T cornstarch with the cold water and add to the syrup.

When it is heated and thick, stir in all the completed batches of fried meat and let heat up.
