Sweet Pickled Stems of Greens

Method

    Remove the stems from the kale and top the end that was in the ground.

    Peel and mince the onion.

  3. 03

    Peel and mince the garlic.

  4. 04

    Put the stems in a glass jar.

  5. 05

    Heat up everything else and simmer for about 2-3 minutes before pouring into the glass jar.

    Let sit in the refrigerator for a day or so before eating.
