Sweet Tomato Dressing

Method

1. 01

   Cut an x in the tomatoes and boil briefly until the skins loosen.

   Cool.

3. 03

   Peel and then chop the flesh and place into a food processor.

4. 04

   Peel and dice the onion.

5. 05

   Mix all together in a food process and process until smooth.

6. 06

   Chill.
