Tofu Teriyaki

Method

Drain the tofu and let dry between rags for about 30 minutes.

Cube the tofu.

Peel and mince the garlic and ginger.

Mix all together and let marinate for 1 day in the refrigerator, stirring occassionally.

Heat the oil under medium high heat and then mix in the tofu and marinade.

Heat while stirring until warm all the way through.

Thicken sauce by sprinking arrowroot over the top of the food while continued to stir and heat.
