Vegan TVP Meatballs

Method

    Heat the water to warm and then mix with the TVP in a bowl and cover with a lid from a pot.

    Let rest about 10 minutes.

    Peel and mince the onion.

    Prepare the breadcrumbs, if necessary.

    Mix all but the last, potato chips and quinoa flour, together and then see if you can squeeze about a 1 inch diameter ball together that holds its shape.

    If you cannot get it to hold, crush some potato chips and mix in.

    Then mix in some quinoa flour.

    If the ball test still fails becuase you went too far and now it's too dry, mix in a very little bit of barbeque sauce.

    Rinse, lather, and repeat...until you can form uniform balls.

    Form the balls and put them on a baking sheet.

    Bake at 350 oF for about 20-30 minutes but do not let burn.

    Remove and serve.
